Lydia & Daniel’s stunning autumn wedding at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and the Titanic Hotel Liverpool Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.

In Lydia & Daniel’s own words:
“I think this will be the easiest review I’ve ever written, probably will ever write. My only worry is that I won’t be able to communicate quite how ridiculously happy we were with our choice of wedding film makers, that my literacy skills won’t be able to match how I feel in my heart. Sara and Tony at Marry Me Films were suggested to us by our florist, Matt at Red Floral Architecture and our lovely photographer, Jeff Langhorne. Both said they had worked with the pair before, (I believe Jeff referred to the three parties as ‘The Dream Team’…) they spoke so highly of them not just in a professional capacity, but on a personal level. I decided they sounded like the kind of people I wanted at our wedding. The moment I e-mailed my enquiry, 10 months before the wedding date, Sara immediately replied. The way she wrote was so chatty and fun, but also my kind of OCD organised. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind we had chosen the right team. Between then and 4 weeks before the day when we finally met face to face, Sara and Tony were thoughtful, generous, helpful and kind-this was before we had even really paid them for anything! They are just genuinely really lovely people. We met one Friday evening 4wks before the day, they came to our house and arrived with a detailed list of questions, timings, arrangements, logistics….absolutely nothing went unsaid, it made me feel so at peace. On the day they were with us from 8am until I think around 10pm-such a long day! If you’re anything like me, there may be a few moments during your day where you feel a bit overwhelmed, I certainly found it stressful at points. Sara could see when these moments were and immediately asked what she could do, what I needed, explained what would happen next. She was just an absolute Godsend to me and my appreciation for her kindness and support is something I will always remember. Tony is one of the fittest people I’ve ever seen, running here and there, up and down stairs with a camera on his shoulder, laying down on the pavement to get the best shot of us-he would literally do anything to make sure everything looked beautiful. He was unreal. And obviously so passionate about what he does. Daniel and I both said how it really felt as though we were the first film they had done, the only couple they had worked with, because they make you feel that way-they want it to be as beautiful as you want it to be, you feel completely at ease and cared for, and that alone makes you relax on the craziest, most important of days. The finished product arrived exactly when they said it would, was presented beautifully, and absolutely caught the fun, the love and the drama of our day! It was perfect and there’s not one thing we wanted to alter or add to. They are just wonderful at what they do and we are SO grateful for all your hours of hard work and commitment. After this review there won’t be any reason for me to contact Sara and Tony again and that makes me quite sad! I’ve loved meeting them, I’ve loved the communication over the months leading up to the wedding and we LOVE our film. They are just really fabulous people and absolutely the best decision we made in regards to vendors for our wedding. Thank you a million, Lydia and Daniel Deëringer xxxxxx”
